Living The Moment

3-2 on the european night here in liverpool. A turkish delight indeed. We won against galatasaray with crouch hitting the double and garcia with another. At this point and time, it doesnt matter what the score line is…as long as we got the 3 points in the bag really. If its the knock out stage…then that a totaly different story.

Anyway, finally got the internet connection in my room. (hence the update on this blog) So far so good, got classes only on mondays and tuesdays which means i got a long weekend…hehehe…yahhhuuuu…but my fisrt assignments were given on monday and its due mid october. For crying out loud…my brain is still a bit slow to catch up…at least its not rusty like some people i know who havent gone to school for more than 10 years!…hehehe…in service training…why oh why the old people get to go…The best move would be to send those fresh new workers off to get more knowledge yea..and when i mean fresh…like 6 months to 1 year fresh …THAT FRESH!…anyway, who am i to say things like these…im one of ‘em…hahahah…off to bed now…

ok, things were going great at first when i landed at Heathrow Airport….right until I went to Liverpool to check out my accommodation. They cancelled my booking and I had to re-apply again. To top it all off, it will take them at least 3 days to process and since the weekend is coming…theyre not gonna work!

I have missed the induction day which starts today (20th September) and it looks like Im going to miss the whole week!…goodness gracious me…I definitely wanna settle things once and for all man…its not funny that im stuck in London with nothign to do…thank god i got a place to stay…if not…Extra pounds will be shed off….and im not talking about the weight here…hahahaha

i got my flight ticket sorted out and my allowance today :-) next will be my visa. I wanted to do my visa today but when i got there, the lady told me that they dont accept any applications in the afternoon…bugger! So i have to go at the British Hi-Com again tommorrow morning…the best bit is that my visa will only be ready by Monday afternoon!…a few hours before i fly off…wheeeeeeehhhuuuuuuuu!!!

Liverpool played in Europe last nite against PSV Eindhoven. We could’ve taken the game if it wasnt for the upright. Gerard’s looping volley nearly hit the target 2 minutes from the end. We didnt win the game which we should’ve but then again the spoils we shared between the two clubs. And considering Bordeaux and Galatasaray drew with the same scoreline…i guess it wasnt all that bad, considering the fact that Liverpool played away….next match….chelsea…BOOOO!!!

SO we got beaten by the toffees 3-0. It was one of those games where we didnt have all the luck. We had 21 shots on goal and non converted. Ah well…i did say to the guys that this is a better scoreline compared to loosing a match 1-0 conceding on the 89th minute…now THAT would be a sucker punch!…anyhow, PSV is next…is the european adventure next…all the best to the Reds!

Guess what guys…its the 4th of September and in about 2 weeks time im goona go off to do my Masters…awesome innit?…hehehe..

Anyway, i had a very interesting weekend. I went to Belalong with my office mates and spent 3 days there. The best bit about Belalong is its fresh air and river. Not to mention the jungle! I love the smell of the forest. It has that very distinct smell and believe me, its therepheutic what better way to get away from the office right?..hehehe. For those people who havent gone to Belalong well….you must go!…5 stars recommendation to those people who just wanna get away from the rat race…
